Fresno County is home to an unexpected range of native plant life, from spring wildflowers in the Central Valley near sea level to oak woodlands to Sierra Nevada conifer forests and alpine plants at the highest elevations. Many of these species are rare, endemic, and specialized to our local climate and soils.
Join Central California Botanists for a seminar exploring the plants that define this region, and why they matter.
