Hidden Landscapes: Botanical Diversity of Fresno County

Jepson Ecoregions and the Wild Plants of Central California

Clovis Botanical Garden
945 N Clovis Ave, Clovis, CA 93611

Date: Saturday, October 17th
Time: 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Fresno County is home to an unexpected range of native plant life, from spring wildflowers across the valley to oak woodlands and Sierra forests just miles away. Many of these species are rare, endemic, and specialized to our local climate and soils.

Join Central California Botanists for a seminar exploring the plants that define this region, and why they matter.

Presented in collaboration with Clovis Botanical Garden and the Jepson Herbarium.
